The Nancy Quarcelino School of Golf provides the Junior Performance Training Program for those dedicated juniors who play competitive golf.
Both young men and women between the ages of 12-17 are welcome to participate in this program. It is designed with a systematic approach to training, competing, skill improvement, and personal development. Separate programs have been created for both High School and Middle School players.
The Junior Performance Training Program (JPTP) is led by Nancy Quarcelino, GOLF Magazine Top 100 Teacher and Rita Reasons, 2009 LPGA National Teacher of the Year and US Kids Golf Top 50 Teacher.
Performance Training for High School Golfers
This program is designed for juniors currently playing on a high school team or for the middle school golfer who will be making the transition into competing at the high school level in the fall of 2012.
Emphasis will be on coaching each golfer in their performance on the course, effectively managing their game, and sharpening their short game skills. Each one of these aspects will develop them as better players and provide the opportunity to reach their goals.
- Two (2 hour) on-course playing/evaluation sessions per month (junior green fee not included)
- Two (1.5 hour) short game practice/skill development sessions per month
- Access to training aids during personal practice time
- Total of 7 hours of play and practice each month
Performance Training: $300/mo

Basic Training for Middle School Golfers
Junior golfers who have played on their middle school team or have had previous instruction will benefit the most from this program.
Focus will be on developing skills, effective practice habits, and the mindset of a competitive player. On-course player coaching will be available during June and July to prepare for the 2012 fall golf season.
- Two (1.5 hour) group Full Swing practice/skill development sessions per month
- Two (1.5 hour) group Short Game practice/skill development sessions per month
- Access to training aids during personal practice time
- Total of 6 hours of practice each month
- Optional on-course management training will be available during June/July (cost not included in Basic Training monthly fee)
Basic Training: $250/month or $70 per session
